Human Resources Field Coordinator

SUMMARY

Responsible for the Human Resource related tasks of the technicians at a local level. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned: 

Perform all on-boarding tasks for the local team (i.e. administer in-house drug screens; organize applications for filing; collect new w4 and i9 forms; etc.) 
Report as the main point of contact for human resource related issues (i.e. 401k, benefits, garnishments, etc.) 
Complete Background checks for the local team 
Perform administrative tasks as needed (i.e. answer main line phone calls, greet visitors, coordinate mail flow in and out of the office, manage supply inventory) 
Perform other tasks as needed

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE 

  • Bachelors degree preferred, and/or recent military experience 

  • 0-2 years of experience in related field 

  • Internship or prior work experience in human resources, payroll, or customer service preferred 

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business publications. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers. 

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
